I will attempt to provide a more neutral tone in this review. I was a loyal customer for a span of five years, initially experiencing satisfactory service. However, my experience took a turn for the worse upon the acquisition of a second system. Unfortunately, due to a series of misunderstandings and delays, the installation was postponed for over a year. KNS did make attempts to rectify the situation by offering compensation for the delays. Regrettably, the system delivered and installed has posed nothing but issues. In less than a year, the system has malfunctioned three times. The provided batteries turned out to be incompatible with the system, rendering them useless and resulting in their storage in the garage, gathering dust.

The manufacturer of the inverter explicitly advised against installing the batteries with their system after the last failure. However, we replaced it and it continued for an additional six weeks, only to encounter yet another failure. While I initially posted a previous message, I agreed to retract it temporarily, hoping that the last replacement would run smoothly. Given that this replacement has also failed, I feel compelled to leave this review as a precautionary measure.

Currently, the communication is non-existent and unproductive. Despite having experienced three replacements already, the system still fails consistently approximately six- weeks after installation. At this point, I am left with uncertainty regarding whether they will replace it for the fourth time. I Highly recommend KNS to anyone who wants to go solar ,The big  boss GUY  and his staff are  experienced and knowledgeable, I have been using their product since November 2019, no more electric bill since then, rather I am the one selling energy to CenterPoint. .There is   always someone available at KNS  to answer my questions. I love the app that comes with their services, with it  I  can monitor my  production and consumption on my cell phone from anywhere. kNS te ayuda con la compra, instalación y también te ayuda a conseguir el préstamo para la compra, muy satisfecho con los resultados, 4 meses sin pagar un dólar de electricidad por el contrario tengo crédito, yo los recomiendo ampliamente, hasta hoy después de un año de la instalación no tengo ni una queja o problema con el sistema.

Thank you Devin & Guy, I had contacted several solar companies to service an existing solar panel system and they all said they only serviced systems that they installed.
